Recruitment
After the interview, we straight move on to the recruitment process. As there's a rush in the client's requirements and the candidates that how soon they can start work. To keep things smooth we complete their recruitment immediately and give them an opportunity to select the companies. Medical
Once the recruitment process is done, we move on to their health check-up. It is very crucial and essential for each of the candidates. The reason is that if they don't qualify for medical diagnosis, they won't be joining the selected company and country. As the medical tests are crucial, we manage everything for our candidates and try to get the best medical center to make their diagnosis to get the best and most accurate results.
Training
After they pass through the medical test, now the actual test begins. We train them according to the work and the company they've chosen. Different work and different companies require different sorts of training. Now, this training is not only about the work, but we also train our candidates for every sector of life and time they will spend working in a completely different environment. We have hired the most experienced trainers for our candidates to ensure the best training.
Documentation
Most of the candidates come from different corners of the country and are unaware of the importance of documentation. Sometimes, due to mistakes in documentation, people can't be recruited. We help our candidates to prepare and complete their documentation process, including collecting, preparing, and submission.
Ticketing
After the documentation process is completed, the visa is acquired. After getting the visa, the candidate needs to make their flights bookings. Now, for a newcomer who doesn't know anything about flight, typically, they won't be doing it accurately. To make sure their ticketing process is completed smoothly, the Stech HR team helps them process their tickets.
